Grief and loss
Life often presents us with situations that lead to feelings of being overwhelmed, stuck
and helpless. Your head may understand the situation but your gut says something else.
How do we gain a sense of mastery and choice at these times?
You may be struggling with health issues, relationship issues, grief, or dissatisfaction
with your self. You may have experienced a trauma, either recently, or in the past. You
may have depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, PTSD. You don’t see any solutions for
yourself. You feel reluctant to reach out to others, feeling your problems are so unique.
In over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I have
found people need a safe place to explore their feelings and seek some resolution. You
may want a short term approach, solution focused approach, or a longer term approach. I
use various therapy modalities, depending on the issues. I will work with you in a
collaborative, interactive approach.
