Dr. Cobb-Nettleton received her BA in Psychology and Chemistry and her MA in child psychology from the University of Minnesota, and her Doctor of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Work. Her post doctoral work includes study at The University of Minnesota Medical School and graduate studies in Ethics at United Theological Seminary (Minnesota) and at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. She is an instructor/consultant in medical/ethical decision making for several community based residential agencies regarding end of life/research questions for vulnerable persons. She teaches as an adjunct associate professor in the human sexuality program at Widener University (Chester, Pa.).

Dr. Cobb-Nettleton is a co-founder of Wayne Counseling Center. Her private practice specializes in individual, couple and family psychotherapy involving decision-making and processing relational issues. In addition, she provides evaluations/therapy in the areas of sexuality, chronic illness and/or disability, and sexual/physical trauma for individuals of all ages.

Professional memberships include The American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors & Therapists (AASECT), Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA), Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality (SSSS), Sex Information and Education Council of the U.S. (SIECUS), Association of Dual Diagnosis (MH/MR), and the Covenant Network of the Presbyterian Church, U.S.A.

Appointments may be made Monday through Thursday, and evening hours are available. Insurance information is provided for reimbursement.
